With over 500 hours of real estate education and having completed over 3,000 assignments over the past 18 years, Wayne has the knowledge and expertise to complete any type of appraisal assignment. Wayne holds a General Certified classification with the State of Georgia, and is a general Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He also obtained the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2009 after completing over 150 hours of education that included passing a comprehensive test and completion of a body of work displaying his knowledge of Income Capitalization, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, and other valuation techniques. He is also available as an expert witness for condemnation, tax appeals, and varied other types of court cases. Wayne lives in Barrow County, Ga., and is ready to assist you.

She started her appraisal career at Farr Appraisal with her father, Jerry Farr. In 2008, she began commercial appraising, under the mentorship of Wayne Bartlett, CCIM, General Certified Appraiser at Appalachee Appraisal. Lindy is now the manager of Appalachee Appraisal, LLC and a Georgia Real Estate Licensed Appraiser servicing Northeast Metro Atlanta.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kennesaw State University and an Associate of Arts Degree from Chattahoochee Community College. She is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. She has experience in valuing single family homes, income/ multi-family properties, condos, commercial, retail, industrial, land, subdivisions, and special-use properties. After 5000 appraisal hours behind her, she is now persuing her education through the Appraisal Institute to obtain her General Certification.
